In this episode #3 of the Casual Kitchen Podcast, I give you a few pointers for achieving your goals of a better, healthier life.
Sadly, the science is not really conclusive when it comes to what can be considered “healthy”/beneficial and what not, but I still try to give you a few general guidelines that should help you achieve your goals (whether it’s loosing weight or just living a healthier life in general) without any negative side-effects. They should also help you stick to your convictions longer and make sure you don’t bounce back after a few months.
